Education/Certification: Master's degree in educational administration
Texas principal or other appropriate Texas Certificate
Certified T-TESS Appraiser (Texas Teacher Evaluation Support System)
Special Knowledge / Skills:
- Thorough understanding of school operations
- Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Ability to interpret policy, procedures and data
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate campus support operations and functions
Experience: Experience preferred
Salary: WISD Administrator salary range - based on experience
